A useful agent is not one that can do everything. It knows which tools to use, which boundaries to respect and, above all, where to stop.

I do not start with the tool. I start with a concrete task that takes too long, repeats too often or could be organised better. Only then do I decide whether AI is actually useful and how much human control must remain.
The principle is simple: AI prepares, checks and proposes; the decision remains human.
